Care supreme plan is a health insurance plan which provide comprehensive benefits for individuals or families. The minimum entry age for adults is 18 years to 99 years and for dependent children is 90 days to 24 years. The policy will cover in 2 category Individual plan & Floater plan . Insured can cover the family members according to their family structure and requirement. In Individual plan up to 6 members can be covered and the relation has to be Self, Spouse/ live-in partner/same-sex partner, son, daughter, father, mother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandmother, grandfather. In Floater plan 4 members will be covered self, spouse and 2 dependent children’s.

In case the base sum insured gets exhausted due to one or more claims automatically it will recharge the sum insured for unlimited times. This plan enables the insured to avail unlimited e-consultations. It also comes with the cumulative bonus benefit by 50% of SI to a maximum of 100%. The Care Supreme plan provides the insured with cashless hospitalization at more than 19000 hospitals. This plan is eligible for tax deductions under Section 80D of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Cumulative bonus:
A Cumulative bonus is a benefit that you receive for claim free year. Normally in other Health Insurance policies they will reduce the premium amount for the next year policy renewals OR they may offer the cumulative bonus of 10% of the SI. But in care supreme policy they are covering 50% of CB for one claim free year and max up to 100%.
For an example If insured purchased a health insurance plan for 5 lakh sum insured and if a person did not claims in the 1st year he will receive a cumulative bonus of 50% at next year renewal 500000+250000=750000.
Unlimited automatic recharge:
A unlimited automatic recharge is one of the features of a Care Supreme policy. In case the base sum insured gets exhausted due to one or more claims automatically it will recharge the sum insured for unlimited times. It can be used by all family members or any one family member also.
Unlimited E-Consultation:
Unlimited E-Consultation covers the cost of consultation from doctors. The policy offers unlimited E-consultations with qualified General Physician at their Network during the policy year through any mode of communication (Voice/Video call/Chat/ Email etc.)
In-patient care:
In-patient care is a type of coverage that covers hospital stay for more than 24 hrs. It’s a basic coverage which comes in all health insurance policies. In-patient care covers room rent, ICU charges, operation theater, doctors’ fees, nursing charges, anesthesia etc. In-patient care is also required for major surgeries like traumatic injuries, major heart surgeries, severe burns, cancer treatment, organ transplant, reconstructive surgeries, plastic surgeries etc….
PED (Pre-Existing Diseases):
Pre-existing diseases is a medical condition or any health problems that a person has before purchasing a health insurance policy. Pre-existing diseases includes diseases like diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, thyroid conditions etc…. The waiting period is from 2 to 4 years. If a policy holder hides their pre-existing health condition and it’s discovered later it will affect for the claims for policy holder.
Waiting period:
